The kids love it when Mom is gone and Dad is in charge. Mainly cuz they can work their Dad over and get away with stuff like this. And apparently Nathan even encourages this type of behavior by video taping and taking pictures- k, does Kohen really need help injuring himself?! I have to admit that they all had such a fun time engaging in play I would probably not permit- and no one got hurt... but seriously, using a belt like an Indiana Jones whip? sheesh.

This is so funny! Mostly because it is way too easy to picture James doing the exact same thing. Good to know that Kennedy can hold her own.
so much about this situation is funny. he took pictures! what a good mom you are - your kids have so many creative things to do...indiana, cowboys, indians, midevil knights...geesh.
why do the dads have to be the "funner ones"...we have the two hour time period where all shinanigans break loose and i spend that time pleading "remember they ARE going to have calm down and go to bed in 15,10,5 mintues." :>
